Mari Levine is an Editorial Director at America’s Test Kitchen. After earning her bachelor's degree, she attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University and has cooked in restaurants on both coasts. She now applies the skills she learned in school and restaurant kitchens in a much-lower-pressure environment: her home kitchen. Her favorite ATK recipes are Crispy Thai Eggplant Salad and Lighter Chicken and Dumplings.
