2 hard-cooked large eggs, chopped2 tablespoons sour cream2 teaspoons minced cornichons1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh parsley1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard1 ½ teaspoons capers, rinsed and minced1 ½ teaspoons minced shallot
