Why This Recipe Works
We wanted a simple vanilla frosting recipe to go with our quick cake recipes. We found that a creamy vanilla frosting could be had in minutes by whipping together butter and confectioners’ sugar, and then adding milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to enhance our vanilla frosting recipe’s texture and flavor.
