1 cup ketchup2 ½ teaspoons prepared horseradish¼ teaspoon table salt¼ teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon ancho chili powder or other mild chili powderPinch cayenne pepper1 tablespoon lemon juice from 1 small lemon
