Why This Recipe Works

For a yogurt sauce with just the right amount of tang, we chose plain whole-milk yogurt and mixed in 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. For assertiveness, we added a small clove of minced garlic and a pinch of cayenne. Chopped fresh cilantro added color and herby freshness to the sauce.

Before You Begin

Do not use nonfat yogurt here.

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in bowl. Season with salt to taste. Serve.
  2. 2.Enjoy!
