Stephanie Pixley is an executive food editor at America's Test Kitchen. She fell hard for food after getting her bachelor's degree in Italian studies then went to culinary school to level up her skills. She's done her time in restaurants but has always identified more with the home cook than the professional chef. She's worked on more than three dozen cookbooks as a recipe developer and editor during her time at ATK and is passionate about encouraging people to explore food through home cooking. She can't pass up a good Vermont cheddar and is most at peace when in the middle of a good baking project.
