Alli Berkey is a culinary producer for America's Test Kitchen and a former Cook's Country test cook. After a career change led her to the kitchen of Hamersley's Bistro in Boston's South End, food became not only her passion but her career. When she's not reviewing scripts and prepping for the next video or television shoot, Alli's attempting to build her dream kitchen. (It's very un-ATK of her, but she still hasn't grasped the "measure twice, cut once" concept.)
