Relatively wide rims made it easy to grab and allowed us to crimp pie crust in any style we chose. Just avoid using metal utensils to cut and serve your pie—these can damage the nonstick coating.
Instant Pot Milk Frother

This versatile milk frother has four clearly labeled settings: “cold foam,” “cappuccino foam,” “latte foam,” and “heating only.” It did a good job at making cappuccino foam from both whole and almond milk and made cups of delicious and smooth hot chocolate. Two minor complaints: Latte foam came out dense and stiff, with large bubbles, so the foam sat on top of the coffee instead of mixing into it.

This large multifuel oven was easy to set up and a pleasure to use. Capable of achieving very high temperatures using both wood and propane, it made gorgeous pizza with perfectly distributed char spots and tender interiors. As with other multifuel ovens, it can be a little trickier to dial in the right heat levels when using wood, charcoal, or pellets than when using propane, and it requires more babysitting to maintain those heat levels once they’re established.

This vacuum is powerful and feels lightweight for its size. Its nozzle spun 360 degrees, allowing us to position it instead of awkwardly straining our hands to reach into tight spaces. We do wish it were easier to reassemble the vacuum after emptying the collection bin.

This model turned out perfectly cooked brown and white rice every time. We were delighted with how easy it was to operate. You choose the type of rice or grain and the desired texture (firm or soft), and then you add the amount you’re cooking. The screen then tells you the total weight (in cups, grams, or ounces) as the built-in scale measures. The machine dispenses the correct amount of water from an attached reservoir.

Lighter and more compact than other KitchenAid models, this would work for someone with limited space who doesn’t plan to make high-volume recipes such as double batches of baked goods. It aced nearly every test, with the exception of sticky, heavy, high-hydration pizza dough. Note: It fits all KitchenAid attachments except the ice cream maker.
Mueller Ultra-Stick Hand Blender

This model blended well, making smooth soup and breaking down frozen pineapple for silky kale and pineapple smoothies, leaving only tiny bits of kale. We liked its lightweight build, which allowed us to nimbly navigate large Dutch ovens and bowls without fatiguing. But its flat, disk-shaped blade guard kept food from circulating, and its speed dial requires a second hand to operate while blending.

Although it weighed in at more than 5 pounds, this pot was shorter and wider than most of the models we tested, so it was more maneuverable than lighter, taller pots. The short walls put our arms at a more natural angle than with taller models, making it very easy to stir and peek inside while cooking. The pot performed well and had no durability issues.
O-Cedar EasyWring Spin Mop & Bucket System

This set excelled during every test: It was easy to assemble, it scrubbed up messes with ease, and it was incredibly absorbent while still lightweight and nimble.
